Glenn Hinchcliffe, co-founder Chief Engineer
Mr. Hinchcliffe is a recognized expert on the process and application of Reliability
Centered Maintenance (RCM) to a diverse array of clients in various industrial
sectors. He recently co-authored a new industry reference on the topic with
world-renowned RCM expert A. M. Smith entitled "RCM - Gateway to World Class
Maintenance." Mr. Hinchcliffe is an original co-developer of the PRO-M product
and has been a leader in defining and developing APT's unique data gathering
methodologies. He has over 20 years of direct experience in organizational and
maintenance optimization, specializing in the application of RCM and systems analysis.
Mr. Hinchcliffe is a registered professional engineer in the states of Florida and North
Carolina, a senior member of IEEE, and holds a Certified Maintenance Reliability
Professional (CMRP) rating from the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals.
